You can use T-Kernel in compliance with the terms of T-License [License agreement for Source Code of T-Kernel].
The process of subscription to T-Kernel is as follows:
- Please read and agree to the terms of T-License [License agreement for Source Code of T-Kernel] on the web.
- Fill in all the required fields on the web page.
- As soon as the user registration has been confirmed and completed at the Forum secretariat, you will receive an email which explains how T-Kernel can be obtained. Please understand that it will take about a week before the registration process is completed.

Please note that you should take heed of the following points before you actually start using T-Kernel:
- All the copyrights of T-Kernel’s source program made available to the public belong to Ken Sakamura, the chairman of T-Engine Forum.
- T-Kernel’s source program will be distributed only from T-Engine Forum. Re-distributing the source program which has been downloaded before is strictly forbidden.
- You will have to sign another agreement if you intend to distribute a changed T-Kernel’s source program.
- T-Kernel can be embedded in a product. Also, the source program can be changed to embed it in the product. In doing so, you will have to notify that T-Kernel has been utilized in the product, as specified in the terms of T-License on the product.
- The details of conditions for using T-Kernel are specified in T-License [License agreement for Source Code of T-Kernel]. Please read it carefully.
