Content of the symposium:

Recently smart home and smart city have been a hot topic. In TRON Project, we have been engaged in assigning ID (ucode) to a house or a building that makes full use of computers called Intelligent House for about 20 years.
With this background, in Smart Grid WG of T-Engine Forum, we have been discussing topics such as energy saving in houses or buildings, trade-off between energy saving and convenience of residents, and possibility of collaboration with other information services at home.

At this symposium, participating organizations will explain their solutions for Smart Grid, following T-Engine Forum Chair Sakamura’s keynote speech.
