Form of Notice for Use of Source Code of T-Kernel Standard Extension under T-License 2.0

This document specifies a practical way to "give a notice that the Source Code is used" pursuant to Article 3.6 of T-License 2.0 [License Agreement for Programs and Copyrighted Works] established on May 17, 2011.

1. Minimum Notice
At least a notice in the form of the text as indicated in (A) mentioned below shall be contained in a document or an instruction manual to be attached to a product using the Source Code of T-Kernel Standard Extension. The said text may be written in English or in any other language having the same meanings which is used in a situation where the product is used.

2. Recommended Notice
In addition to the minimum notice mentioned above, it is recommended to give a notice by combining the forms set forth in the following sections (1), (2) and (3):

(1) To affix the notice in the form of the text as indicated in (A) or in the form of the mark as indicated in (B) or a combination of (A) and (B) to brochures or advertisements.

(2) In case of a programmable display, to affix the notice in the form of the text as indicated in (A) or in the form of the mark as indicated in (B) or a combination of (A) and (B) to the programmable display.

(3) To affix the notice in the form of the mark as indicated in (B) to a product. As in the case of paragraph 1 above, the text as indicated in (A) below may be written in English or in any other language having the same meanings which is used in a situation where the product is used. 2

"This Product uses the Source Code of T-Kernel Standard Extension under T-License 2.0 granted by the T-Engine Forum (www.t-engine.org)"

(B) Notice in the form of Mark
The details of the marks shall be posted in the T-Engine Forum Design Bank.
