TRONSHOW2008 Successfully Closed
T-Engine Forum Updated 2008/02/18
TRONSHOW2008 was held from December 12 (Wed.) to 14 (Fri.), 2007 at Tokyo International Forum in Yurakucho, Tokyo. The venue was divided into two areas which are colored in red and yellow, respectively. The red area was for "Next-Generation Real-Time System Technologies Exhibition" which showcased the technology centered around T-Engine and T-Kernel. In the yellow area, "Ubiquitous Computing International Symposium" was held, which introduced the basics and applications of ubiquitous computing. Panels to illustrate the details of the concerned technologies were exhibited in each area. Organizers and exhibitors presented their exhibitions as well, which attracted visitors" attention. Also, exhibitions by overseas participants mainly from Asia and Oceania, a pavilion to showcase activities of the government, and a room for a practice exam of "TRON Engineer Certification Examination", which is scheduled to be administered in FY2008, were established. Each day the venue was packed with visitors from the opening until the closing time. The keynote speech "TRON Project 2008" by Professor Sakamura, Chair of T-Engine Forum, and various other panel sessions and seminars were held including the ones entitled "u-City", "200-year House Project", "Embedded Development at the Forefront" etc.

T-Engine Forum

We will exhibit at TRONSHOW2008 (organized by T-Engine Forum/TRON Association) which will be held at Tokyo International Forum in Yurakucho, Tokyo, from December 12 (Wed) to 14 (Fri). Many exhibitors will participate again this year, and we will introduce the latest technologies at 2 simultaneous exhibitions- "Next-Generation Real-Time Systems Technology Exhibition", which will exhibit embedded system technologies, and "International Symposium on Ubiquitous Computing", which will introduce ubiquitous ID technologies. On the first day, Mr. Ken Sakamura, Chair of T-Engine Forum and Professor at the University of Tokyo will give the keynote speech. If you pre-register, admission will be free of charge.
